Hi Awesome Human! I'm Eutoka (she/her/hers), and I am so grateful you took the time to visit my website.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2014 and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 18 years in the information technology field. I started by serving in the U.S. Army for 8 years, focusing on network infrastructure and security, then spent a decade at IBM tackling complex positions in managed security services. These years taught me to respect the uniqueness of every human. My expertise in trauma-informed therapy allows me to support my diverse clients in a way that honors their individual autonomy and beliefs.
I'm a mom, a wife, and a neighborhood kindness warrior.
I cuss a lot.
I love to learn.
Physical books make my heart swell with joy.
My inner child loves rocks, birds, and glittery objects.
What are those letters behind my name?

I blend direct, compassionate guidance with evidence-based practices tailored to your unique individual needs or relationship dynamic. My work is heavily informed by advanced clinical training in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). Whether navigating communication breakdowns, major life transitions, or relationship repair, my goal is to provide a nonjudgmental, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming space where you and your partner(s) feel genuinely seen and supported.
Relationships come in many beautiful forms, and my practice is a completely affirming, safe space for all of them. In addition to traditional couples counseling, I specialize in working with Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM), polyamorous, and open relationship structures.
Whether you are navigating the dynamics of opening up a relationship, managing communication blocks, working through conflict, or navigating intimacy issues, you will find a deeply knowledgeable, judgment-free ally in me.
Standard, rigid approaches don't work for every mind or partnership. I tailor our sessions to honor your unique nervous system, cognitive processing style, identity, and lived experiences so you feel genuinely seen.
