Services

I offer individual and relationship counseling for adults. My areas of expertise include interpersonal counseling and coaching, stress management, relationship counseling and coaching, and personal development.

Individual therapy is available in 30-minute* ($75), 45-minute* ($110), and 60-minute ($150) sessions.
Relationship/Couples therapy is available in 60-minute sessions ($200).

If you are not sure where to start, schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.

*Available after initial 60-minute appointment(s) to review history and identify goals for therapy. Please note 30-minute sessions may not provide enough time to adequately address complex issues or practice new coping mechanisms effectively, but is helpful if we've already established a plan of action and maintain focus during these sessions as they can go by quickly. Don't worry, we'll review this together.
