Homework, exercises, brainstorming, coaching, deep breathing, guided imagery, and yes, writing on a whiteboard with a client as part of therapy. I also incorporate aspects of somatic (body) experiencing, existential, experiential, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy with my clients. I am always open to different theoretical approaches to meet my clients’ needs. I take pride in providing my clients with a safe, judgement free zone to foster growth and change.
