Services
I offer individual and relationship counseling for adults. My areas of expertise include interpersonal counseling and coaching, stress management, relationship counseling and coaching, and personal development.
- Individual therapy is available in 30-minute ($75), 45-minute ($110), and 60-minute ($150) sessions.
- Relationship/Couples therapy is available in 60-minute sessions ($200).

Experience
- My specialties include sex therapy and education, trauma, and interpersonal relationships (from friends to consensual non-monogamy).
- My military service has taught me to remain calm under pressure. My corporate experience taught me to think outside of the box.
- I take pride in all of my life's experiences because they allow me to sit with clients who are struggling and truly be with them.

We do not accept insurance but do provide superbills for reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurance company to see if they will accept this.
